This is a Reminder that registration for U11, U13, U15 & U18 Tryouts close this Wednesday April 8, 2026, at midnight. After registration closes, we may not be able to accept any further Tryout Registrations.
The U11 & U13 tryouts will be moving ahead as scheduled and we look forward to seeing all the players at the sessions.
The U15 & U18 tryouts will have a further announcement by Thursday night. We need to make sure sufficient players are coming to justify having the full tryouts as planned. If numbers are less than desired, we will need to adjust the plan for tryouts to better fit with the signups. Please stay posted and we will let all those that have registered know the plan.
If you have not registered and paid for the tryout sessions, you will not be able to attend. For any of the tryouts, you need to be registered and paid for Regular registration and Tryouts. If you have registered as Kidsport or Jumpstart, you don’t have to pay right away as the applications are in process. If you require any special payments, please contact the Registrar or President to see if something can be arranged.
For those wondering SUSC has moved to a different process for Team selections for the 2026 season. At U11 Div1, U13 Premier, U13 Div1, U15 Premier and U18 Premier. The process involves an evaluation committee appointed by the board that will assess the players and make final roster decisions. The coaches at most levels have not been named to positions yet and won’t be until final rosters are completed. Coaches that have applied to coach at the various levels have been asked to participate in running drills and stations during tryouts. We hope to make this a more transparent process and that any presumed bias is not involved in the decision-making process.
