Hi everyone,
Now that U13 Premier tryouts are all completed, we will be starting the Division 1 Tryouts. Based on the registrations we will be having one Division 1 boys team and two Division 2 teams this season. For the girls we are looking at the possibility of two Division 1 teams and two division 2 teams this summer
In order to complete the tryouts as quickly as possible and then divide the Division 2 teams, we will be starting this coming weekend, the Tryout assessment committee will be running two sessions with the potential coaches leading the skills and scrimmages part of the session, we would like to see all interested players attend both sessions and final rosters should be announced shortly after the weekend. We may have a third session for the girls if we end up going with two teams, to allow us to evaluate the team balancing of players. In order to be considered, you must attend both or have permission from the Club to miss for acceptable reason prior to the start of the session. This can be done by emailing suscboard@gmail.com prior to the start of tryouts.
We look forward to seeing all the players that want to attend, at the outdoor Turf. I will remind you though that the Tryout is not mandatory for players not wanting to play at this level and wish to play in the Division 2 League.
The schedule is as follows for the U13 Boys and Girls Division 1 groups, all sessions will be at the Outdoor Turf on Willow Avenue:
U13 Boys Division 1 Tryout:
Saturday May 2, 2026 - 3:00-5:00PM
Sunday May 3, 2026 - 2:00 - 4:00PM
U13 Girls Division 1 Tryout:
Saturday May 2, 2026 - 1:00-3:00PM
Sunday May 3, 2026 - 4:00 - 6:00PM
We ask that all players please be there at least 15 minutes early to get ready to start and please remember to dress accordingly for the weather. It may be very cold, windy or rainy.
